DUI, reckless driving, and speeding DROPPED! I was pulled over in August of 2017 for speeding, reckless driving and DUI. I was arrested that night and spent the night in jail even though I blew UNDER the limit, my reading was .071, the legal limit in Kentucky is .080. Upon my release I IMMEDIATELY started researching and shopping for a good DUI attorney.
